These terms govern your use of this website, operated by WHSPKAH Research and Business Network Ltd. ("WHSPKAH", "we", "us"). By using the website you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
They apply to the website only. Our consultancy work, software development and the Whstrace platform are provided under separate written agreements with each client, and those agreements prevail where they differ from these terms.
1. About us
WHSPKAH Research and Business Network Ltd. is a consultancy based in Kampala, Uganda. We provide business development, software development, project management and advisory services. Whstrace is our flagship product.
2. Using the website
You may use the website for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You must not:
- interfere with the website or the systems that run it, or try to gain access you are not given;
- use automated tools to submit the contact form or to copy the site at scale;
- send harmful code, spam or misleading, abusive or unlawful content;
- present yourself as someone else, or as connected to us when you are not.
3. Information on this website
We take care to keep the content accurate and current, but it is provided for general information. It is not legal, regulatory, financial or professional advice. Rules such as the EU Deforestation Regulation change and are applied by the authorities of each country; please confirm what applies to you with qualified advisers before relying on any statement here.
Descriptions of Whstrace show what the platform is designed to do. What a particular client receives depends on the agreement with that client.
4. Demonstration data in screenshots
The screenshots on this website use fictional demonstration data. Names, phone numbers, farms and figures shown in them do not describe real people or real land. Figures quoted in the text are rounded and are for illustration of scale.
5. Intellectual property
The website, its design, text, images and software, the WHSPKAH name and logo and the Whstrace name and logo belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
You may view the website and share links to it. You may not copy, adapt, sell or republish its content, or use our names and logos, without our written permission.
6. Third-party names and logos
Names and logos of other organisations, including funders, clients and data providers, belong to their owners. They are shown to credit the support we received or the data and services we use. Their appearance does not mean that those organisations endorse WHSPKAH, Whstrace or this website.
7. Enquiries and proposals
Sending us a message through the contact form, or receiving a reply, does not create a contract. Any engagement begins only when both sides have signed a written agreement. Please do not send us confidential information through the contact form.
8. Links to other websites
The website may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not a recommendation.
9. Availability and changes
We try to keep the website available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.
10. No warranty
To the fullest extent the law allows, the website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
11. Limit of liability

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the new terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. We will try to settle any dispute through discussion first. If that fails, the courts of Uganda have jurisdiction.
